MOURINHO: "I want them to feel like I feel!"

Jose Mourinho has spoken today of his players and how he wants them all to have the same mentality he does - a title winning mentality. Although a couple of players here know what it's like, the majority of our squad are yet to experience a title wining season. He said: Jose is right! It's so important to take each game as it comes but at the same time understand the importance of picking up points especially over this busy Christmas period. Look at the next three game we have, Sunderland, Stoke and Crystal Palace. Surely, we MUST pick up nine points and set ourselves up perfectly to take on Arsenal on 23rd December. If we can do that, then the players can only look at the table and see how close we are to the top and how if we keep playing well and coping with pressure, we can fight for the title and get used to what that's like! If there is anyone that can help our group of players cope with the pressure it's Jose Mourinho but only time will tell. Let's hope we can keep picking up wins and put pressure on all of our title rivals! Carefree & KTBFFH! "There is a lot of progress to be made, There are things in the job that are not easy and one of them is to make the pressure of fighting for the title to be something natural. We have some players here who have won the title before but they don't win it for quite a long time and when that happens you forget it. We have other people that were playing in clubs not used to fighting for titles. This culture of being comfortable with the pressure of trying to be top of the league, fighting until the last moment and knowing that every point can make a difference - this is something you need to learn how to live with. It is a process. It is not something you do with a click. I want them to feel like I feel. In my career I only finish first or second and if I am not there I am not comfortable."
