Sanusi Gave APC Leader N84billion Contract – PDP Caims

Nigeria is now being divided along party
lines that one can no longer get anything
from government agencies if you are not
a member of the PDP without being
attacked for doing a job for your country.
Really sad!
The Peoples Democratic Party has
alleged that a leader of the All
Progressives Congress got a
contract of N84bn from the
suspended Governor of Central
Bank of Nigeria, Mallam Lamido
Sanusi.
The party said this was one of the
reasons why the opposition party
was pained when President
Goodluck Jonathan suspended the
CBN governor. Apart from this, the
party also alleged that another
leader of the APC got another N5bn
consultancy contract while Sanusi
was in office.
But this is a big lie. The CBN gave
consultancy contract to 10 different
companies and all the 10 firms
didn't even get up to N5billion put
together...
As usual, these allegations are coming
from the National Publicity Secretary of
the ruling party, Chief Olisa Metuh, who
spoke at a press briefing in Abuja on
Thursday.
Metuh also condemned the widely
appreciated submit where the APC
unveiled its manifesto.
On job creation and war against
corruption which the APC projected as
cardinal on its manifesto, Metuh said the
APC had no credible recipe for job
creation nor had it shown the strength of
character to fight corruption more than
the PDP.
But Metuh failed to state that the APC
governors who are now running states
where the PDP was in charge for several
years, are performing far better than PDP.
Examples abound in Edo, Ekiti, Osun,
Ogun, etc.
